Backbends Asana Series
The Camel Pose is one of my favourite Yoga Asanas, one of the best poses to open up the heart and strengthen the spirit for new experiences in life.
I appreciate this pose as it requires a large amount of concentration and a sense of proportion of the body. By practicing the camel pose we are forced to use our inner eyes and to go over fear when leaning backward.
Ustrasana is also a fantastic pose to correct the posture. It helps improving round shoulders or a curvy back.
