Another challenge is waiting for me, the journey in my Yoga education goes on.
In November 2015 I booked my first 200-hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh. The introduction to Yoga. This November I am pleased to announce that I feel ready to make a step further in this field. I have booked my first specialization, a professional one-year teacher training in Amsterdam, which includes pre-natal (pregnancy) yoga, post-partum yoga, partner yoga, yoga guidance for mother and child, acupressure and homeopathy. This is my first teacher training entirely in Dutch language, so I have got a lot to learn and to improve in one go ;)
I am very enthusiastic about gaining knowledge in this delicate discipline. I am looking forward to start in January 2017.
