The first event with both Yoga & Live Music

Tomorrow, December 9th, 2018, is another lovely date to remember. For the first time I am playing music for the yin yoga workshop organized by my yogini friend and colleague Fiona. The event will take place at Glow Studio in Haarlem from 17h to 19h.
Such a beautiful moment when Fiona asked me if I wanted to play live music. What an honour! It is time to combine two of my biggest passions, yoga and music. Thanks Fiona, since a couple of weeks, playing the acoustic guitar has become my evening relaxing meditation. Finally I will also share the sound of my new harmonium. And the gentle harmonica sound has its warm charm too.
Playing keyboard, harmonica, guitar and practicing yoga were the regular habits of my family during my childhood. We were living on the mountains, far away from the city, with only solar panel electricity available. These practices were the most accessible ways to spend the long dark winter evenings.
I feel grateful to share my passion for both music and yoga. I cannot wait to play tomorrow evening.
Tune body and mind, and play harmonic concerts with the universe. Let’s create harmony together!
