Today I would like to introduce myself with a view that I grew up with.
I grew up on the mountains of the Ligurian region, Italy, where my family had built a fully sustainable house in a natural and pure environment. This is the place where I was raised until I was 14-year-old and where I have practiced yoga for the first time. Yoga in my education remains a philosophy of life for a respectful and healthy lifestyle. This includes organic food and plantations, self-healing and respect for nature.
