Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic posture flow for all levels. Suitable for lovers of smooth movements. Vinyasa Yoga connects the movements with the breath in a flow of Asanas (yoga postures) in a dynamic pace. Each lesson is different and creative.

Breathing Techniques

Breathing techniques are a fundamental of Yoga. Breathing or Pranayama, is the energy that flows in and out the body. The breath creates energy. By observing the breath you learn to live in the moment. By increasing awareness of the breath it’s possible to create connection with the self.
The breath has a direct connection with posture and thoughts. In short, breathing properly also improve posture and self-awareness. Breathing exercises increase: balance, harmony, relaxation. Breathing exercises are recommended for: insomnia, depression, stress, fear, burnout. |
