Yoga & Live Music

Practicing yoga together is a wonderful experience of connection. The energy flows together with the group of yogis that are sharing the same place. Live music has the power to enhance the experience, as music is energy flowing from the instruments to the hearts and souls directly.
During the workshops I play several instruments. The ones I love to play the most are the harmonica, the harmonium and the acoustic guitar. Being myself both a musician and a yoga teacher helps me creating the mood and feeling of the music played. The type of music changes according to the yoga poses, yoga style and the specific theme. Every workshop is a different experience. 
I can't wait to share the next yoga & live music together with my  friend and Yogini Fiona!
